Mushroom Bone Broth Concentrate. Just Grass-fed Australian and NZ beef leg bone, mushroom and evaporated sea salt.
Made in Australia with Australian and NZ ingredients. 375g Jar (35 serves per jar)
Bone broth concentrate is the one product we sell that we don’t make ourselves. We’ve tried making it ourselves but we don’t really want to! Who wants to source kilos of grass-fed, pasture raised, Australian beef thigh-bone; cook it for more than 50 hours and then adding lion’s mane mushroom, reishi mushroom and shitake mushroom until it’s a delicious mushroom bone broth concentrate? Not me!
The people at Best of the Bone do such a great job making bone broth (and they make it here in Australia) and we eat so much of it, that we thought we’d sell it. This broth is jam packed with:
Essentially you’re drinking liquid bones, so you know it’s:
Grass-fed Australian and NZ beef leg bone, Lions Mane, Reishi mushroom, Shiitake mushroom, Garlic, Black Pepper, and evaporated sea salt.
Made in Australia with Australian and NZ ingredients. 350g Jar (35 serves per jar)
This mushroom bone broth is great mixed with some cream or coconut cream and warm water in a cup. Use it for or sauces, drizzle over your salad. Add it to soups, baked goods or mix it through stir fry. Then try blending it with your green smoothy.
How to store
This bone broth concentrate has been boiled until there’s no water left. Lack of water, along with the use of salt as a natural preserver means that this broth can be stored at room temperature. Once opened it’s best to keep your bone broth in a cool place.
Try mushroom bone broth concentrate mixed with a veggie stir fry and complimented with Cauliflower Kimchi.
