Description

Coconut and Lemon Myrtle Probiotic Bone Broth Concentrate

Bone broth concentrate is the one product we sell that we don’t make ourselves.  We’ve tried making it ourselves but we don’t really want to!  Who wants to source kilos of organic, grass-fed, pasture raised, Australian beef thigh-bone; then cook it for more than 50 hours and then adding fermented coconut, papaya leaf and lemon myrtle until it’s a delicious probiotic bone broth concentrate?  Not me!

The people at Best of the Bone do such a great job making bone broth (and they make it here in Australia) and we eat so much of it, that we thought we’d sell it.  This broth is jam packed with:

  • Collagen proteins (approx 40%)
  • 19 Amino Acids

Essentially you’re drinking liquid bones, so you know it’s:

  • Ketogenic
  • FODMAPs friendly
  • Paleo

Ingredients

Grass-fed certified organic Australian and NZ beef leg bone; bio-fermented coconut, lemon myrtle, turmeric, papaya leaf; evaporated sea salt; 0.1% vegetable sweetener.  Nearly 40% collagen proteins and with 19 amino acids.

Made in Australia with Australian and NZ ingredients.  350g Jar (35 serves per jar)

Serving Suggestions

Probiotics are an important for every diet.  Now you can increase your intake of probiotics by drinking probiotic bone broth concentrate?  Use it for warm drinks or sauces, add it to any dish. Add it to soups , baked goods or mix it through stir fry.  You could blend it with your green smoothy. Try adding a couple of teaspoons to a cup of hot water in place of tea or coffee.

How to store

This bone broth concentrate has been boiled until there’s no water left.  Lack of water, along with the use of salt as a natural preserver means that this broth can be stored at room temperature.  Once opened it’s best to keep your bone broth in a cool place.

Try probiotic bone broth concentrate mixed with a veggie stir fry and complimented with beetroot and citrus sauerkraut.
