At Gutsy, we strive to ferment the highest quality products. We are here to help you with our products and with our service. We want you to be overjoyed with the impact that Gutsy has on your life! So, if you receive any product which is damaged, or does not match the description of what you ordered, we will happily replace or refund the product.

We do however ask that you email us within 24 hours of receiving your goods and provide us with photo evidence so we can verify your claim. Once we’ve verified your claim we’ll either send out a replacement product or issue a complete refund of the purchase price.

Many of the products that we ship to you need to be kept cool in transit. We are super careful to pack your products into chilled, insulated boxes. Because of this we are not able to replace or refund your product if you change your mind on the product you purchased.

Please take the time to ensure that all goods purchased are what you actually want. If you’re in any doubt, please get in touch with us to verify any information that you need before finalising your purchase.

As Gutsy sells food products that are somewhat temperature sensitive we cannot accept returned items.
