Sarah Lanz is a mother of two and co-owner of Buchi Brew and Co, an Australian fermented beverages business.
Wei’er Higgs is a mother of five and co-owner of Gutsy Ferments, an Australian fermented foods business.
These two ladies are passionate about raising their children, fermenting amazing food, running a business, and teaching others what they love to do.
