About Vegan Cauliflower Jerky

Gutsy Smoked Garlic Jerky has been fermented for at least 4 weeks and then cold dehydrated. The cold dehydration keeps the probiotics alive and creates that chewy texture. It has a rich, traditional flavour, but only a mild chilli warmth so you can actually enjoy the flavour.
This Smoked Garlic Jerky is the perfect twist on our Smoked Garlic Sauerkraut. It is made with cabbage, cold smoked garlic, garlic; wildly fermented and then dehydrated.
