About Probiotic Cauliflower Jerky

Have you ever wanted a highly probiotic (and prebiotic) snack that can be easily transported, and easily eaten by itself?  This product is for you! Gutsy Cauliflower Jerky has been fermented for 6 weeks and then cold dehydrated. The cool dehydration keeps the probiotics alive and creates a chewy texture. This jerky has a rich, traditional flavour, but only a mild chilli warmth so you can actually enjoy the flavour.


Probiotic Cauliflower Jerky is made with a traditional spicy kimchi sauce that's been wildly fermented in an oak barrel and then dehydrated. We’ve made this only mildly spicy, so everyone can enjoy it.


Ingredients: Organic Cauliflower, Organic Seasonal Pear/Apple, Chilli Flakes, Australian naturally evaporated Sea Salt, Organic Shallots/Leeks, Organic Ginger, Organic Garlic, Organic Lemon, Organic Onion and Organic Turmeric.
