About Vegan Cauliflower Jerky
Have you ever wanted a treat that does NOT contain fish sauce, oysters, shrimp paste or cabbage? Then this product is for you! Gutsy Cauliflower Jerky has been fermented for at least 4 weeks and then cold dehydrated. The cold dehydration keeps the probiotics alive and creates that chewy texture. It has a rich, traditional flavour, but only a mild chilli warmth so you can actually enjoy the flavour.
This Vegan Cauliflower Jerky is the perfect twist on our Cauliflower Kimchi. It is made with a traditional spicy kimchi sauce, wildly fermented and then dehydrated. We’ve made this only mildly spicy, so everyone can enjoy it. We’ve also added NO fish sauce, oysters, shrimp or any other animal produce, and we’ve used cauliflower instead of cabbage…just because we can!
Ingredients: Organic Cauliflower, Organic Seasonal Pear/Apple, Chilli Flakes, Australian naturally evaporated Sea Salt, Organic Shallots/Leeks, Organic Ginger, Organic Garlic, Organic Lemon, Organic Onion and Organic Turmeric.
