This is a hands-on workshop which means you will have a chance to get close and personal with these ferments. In this fermented desserts workshop we will start by discussing the science behind the fermented desserts that we will be looking at. We’ll also talk about the health benefits of each ferment.
Experience includes: Learning how to make the following winter cultured desserts.
All of the above will be enjoyed after dinner and served with a scoop of coconut kefir ice cream.
You take home:
After the workshop we invite you to share a GUTSY rice bowl topped with seasonal salads and ferments (dinner is included in the cost of the course). Following dinner we invite you to enjoy and indulge in the fruits of your labour ie. cultured desserts that have been prepared earlier. During this time we will discuss what we have learnt and inspire each other with recipes to try at home!
