Nutty Fat Bomb Gelee

Ingredients
EQUIPMENT
Thermomix or Stove
- 100 g dried cashews, soaked for five hours
drained and rinsed
- 25 g beetroot
- 180 g water
- 60 g honey
- 3 tbsp gelatin
- 75 g ghee
Instructions
Step 1
For Thermo mix, add all ingredients except for gelatin and ghee into the magimix.
Step 2
Blend it all up at speed 17, slowly increasing it from speed 4-17, for one minute.
Step 3
Once the mixture is well blended, add in ghee.
Step 4
Stir at speed 3, for twenty seconds.
Step 5
Sprinkle gelatin in and allow to cook at 80 degrees celsius at speed 3 for six minutes.
Step 6
Pour into a lined dish and chill in the fridge for one hour, or twenty minutes in the freezer until firm.
Step 7
For the stove, add all ingredients except for gelatin and ghee in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Step 8
Add ghee and blend until combined.
Step 9
Transfer to a medium pot and sprinkle in gelatin. On medium-low heat, stir in gelatin until dissolved. This will take about six minutes.
Step 10
Pour into a lined dish and chill in the fridge for one hour, or twenty minutes in the freezer until firm.
