Started with a tiny TINY bit on one of my morning bacon & egg rolls. The next day it was a decent lathering, the following day it was on both. Today I made pizza and splashed that bad boy all around! I’m about 5 days away from straight spoonfuls haha. I love the unique taste and how it’s warming and has a beautiful aftertaste. Might buy another jar sooner than I thought. Can’t wait to experiment with other meals.

I recently discovered Gutsy after wanting to start fermenting (and hopefully help my gut in the process) and was instantly attracted to their beautiful pounders, these are heirloom-level pretty. After reading the website I realised a pickle pipe and airlock are also important to avoid mould and not have to burp it everyday, so i ordered the kit with the pounder (red wood) and was not disappointed. The package came quickly, was extremely carefully wrapped with special compostable padding, and the pounder was as gorgeous as i had hoped. They also included an instruction manual (and a few other e-goodies) with some recipe suggestions i had never even thought of, I started some pickles that very night! I love the owners' passion for fermenting and how creative you can be with it, and love their environmental practices too. I'd order again!
Very soluble, maintains consistency, tastes good, have consumed only twice so far so cannot rate its inner goodness yet but it seems to go down well.
I bought this as a wildcard in my sauerkraut purchase and cannot believe how much of a game changer it's been. First off it's great melted in oven roast potatoes but the second unexpected benefit is that half a teaspoon and cup of hot water a night before bed has cured my partners reflux. We started taking it to see if it would help us get over a cold quicker and though the cold is long gone, it's still our nightly ritual.
On top of this, I love the packaging felted wool it was sent in. My worm compost needed a new friendly blanket and it was another bonus. A firm fan of Gutsy now!
This has to be one of my all time favourites. It’s the perfect blend of flavours and works well as a bowl of side or mixed into a dish. My personal favourite is topped on crumpets with a fried egg and some avocado 👌🏼 can’t get enough.

I cannot thank Gutsy Ferments enough for their amazing concentrated beef bone broth. My husband has long struggled with various health issues, including severe migraines that leave his stomach in pain and unable to tolerate food. On one particularly difficult day, he had to preach despite being in intense pain. After just one bite of breakfast, he nearly vomited and couldn’t eat anymore.

This jar doesn’t last a week in our house. It’s so delicious. I love boiling an egg and having some on top. It is fantastic with avocado on toast. Adds a bang to any cheese toasty. It just elevates any simple meal or snack. I’ve only got a bit a left. Please make more of this!!
Very nice kimchi, it's a chunky one so I chop it a bit for my gut living omelette.
